Tomorrow night is both the first night of Chanukah and Christmas Eve, uniting both of my family's holiday traditions. As such, here's a simple reading list of ways NOT to get into the holiday spirit, based on real news stories from the last few days!
1) Don't harass Jewish families for not wanting to participate in Christian religious traditions!
2) Don't yell racist, xenophobic stuff at your fellow shoppers while buying holiday gifts!
3) Don't encourage a nuclear arms race! (#politicaledition)
